The Brand: Planet. A social calendar web app project made by college students for college students.
My Role: Designer and Project Manager on a team of four other developers.
Goal: Design a visual brand identity and UI components for our project. Scope included logo, color palette, typography guide, and other buttons/icons.
Brand Identity: Fun, casual, and personable. While our product was similar to Calendly, we didn’t want to create something with a cold, business focus, since our product was meant to be used in a social setting. We wanted to be relatable and warm.
